You Can Collect Colorful Shells On This Florida Island & Beach Tour

Shelling with a view!
Contributor

With vast, pristine coastlines and nearly endless beaches to explore, Florida is prime territory for shell hunters. Whether you’re an ocean lover, a beach bum, or an avid collector, there's something magical about these salty treasures. If you're looking for Florida's best sea shelling spots, Dreamlander Tours are worth checking out. They'll take you through Ten Thousand Islands and other gorgeous shelling hubs around Marco Island.

This family-owned and operated tour came about by owner Dakotah Gutierrez’s love of Marco Island and all it had to offer. After traveling the world, Gutierrez was still drawn back to the island he was born on and was determined to share its beauty with others.

Ten Thousand Islands is an incredibly scenic spot to explore, with great shelling opportunities to boot. Dreamlander Tours offers a two-hour excursion through the islands with multiple stops so you can search for all the best ocean gems.

The shelling tour runs for $100, but if you choose to book a private tour, you can use a 10% off code at checkout.

Besides amazing escapes to seashell speckled shores, they also offer sunset dolphin viewing, fishing, and nature tours.

The two-hour sunset dolphin tour starts at $65 and takes you through the Ten Thousand Islands as the sun begins to set. Along with dolphins, you may even see birds, sharks, manatees, sea turtles, and other marine life.

The regular dolphin tour takes you to the same location during the day starting at $60.

You can also get a blend of the two with the three-hour tour that includes both dolphin sightings and shelling stops, for $75.

The four-hour fishing charter even includes fishing licenses, all the gear you’ll need for a great trip, and you get to keep everything you catch.

Whether you're looking to fish or shell hunt, you can enjoy all the beauty of Marco Island with Dreamerlander Tours.
