The fully equipped kitchen allows for home-cooked meals, and it’s even been recently updated with new stainless-steel appliances.

Outside, you’ll find lounge chairs, a gas grill, and even a fire pit to cozy up by at night. There are even three kayaks you can jump in and explore the river with.

If you split the cost between the maximum amount of people, you can break down the cost to just $40 per person.

From October 15 to April 15, you can even get in on a special deal when renting this home.

During this window, one person per traveling group will be eligible for a free swim with Florida’s famous manatees.
