Commuters on the 401 were in for a surprise when rappers took over the street to film a Toronto music video. 

Toronto rapper Top5 shared a video to his Instagram, showing multiple musicians taking advantage of the slow commute on the highway.

In a post, the up and coming artists can be seen dancing while rows of cars honk from behind while at a standstill.

They then jump out of the vehicle and onto the road for a quick shot.

Top5's post is captioned "401 Takeover" and was filmed from another car across from them.

The road rage could definitely be heard from multiple other drivers who were stuck behind them.
