In a message from Canada's official Twitter account, it said that Trebek has hosted the popular game show almost every night since 1984.

The late host passed away after a two-year battle with pancreatic cancer and now it's our last chance to watch him do what he did best in a new episode.

The Jeopardy! Twitter account posted on January 3, encouraging fans to tune in this week for "Alex's last week of shows."

The gameshow wrote "36 years. Over 8,200 episodes. Countless memories," about the late Trebek.

The tweet also showcased a video montage of the man himself.
