The annual North America’s 50 Best Bars list released its extended version, revealing which spots came in the bottom half of the top 100. The full list is coming on April 29th, but right now you can visit the hot-spots that still scored a spot in the top 100.
The ranking is crafted by the vote of over 300 independent cocktail experts, bartenders drink writers and educators. The result is a list of some of the best spots around, from over 23 destinations across North America.
Canada landed 15 bars on the list, from Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal, Victoria, and, of course, Calgary.
Proof was one of the three Calgary spots to make the list so far, and it's the perfect place in the city to go for a solid cocktail.
With a cool vibe and fun atmosphere, it's the ideal date night spot or place to wind down after a long day.
Its happy hour runs from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. every day, and they have a "cocktail of the week" to keep things exciting.
