Is it possible that Kyle Lowry's Toronto house just went on the market?

The North York home has been listed for $5.3 million and there are a number of clues that suggest that it might belong to the beloved Raptor.

Who owns the house?

According to Land Registry documents obtained by Narcity, an Ontario company called KL7 Inc. owns the home, which certainly matches up with the player's name and jersey number.

Ajay Virmani is listed as one of the administrators of the Ontario company.

Virmani is a Toronto businessman and film producer who is a known associate of Kyle Lowry's — the two have been photographed together more than once.

Additionally, Narcity spoke to a contractor working at the property, who claimed that it is the NBA player's home.

Does it look like Kyle Lowry's house?

An ESPN video shows Kyle Lowry welcoming reporter Adrian Wojnarowski at his front door, which appears to be identical to the home for sale.

For example, the house's distinct dome-shaped entryway and eight pillars can be seen in both the listing and the video. The neighbouring homes in the video match up to the listing as well.

A Lowry family photoshoot posted on the Finish Line blog, as well as this YouTube video posted by the Raptors in 2017, showcase the same staircase and layout as in the listing.

Who is the realtor?

Lisa McLaughlin of Royal LePage is the realtor of this home.

While McLaughlin was able to confirm to Narcity over the phone that the house was owned by KL7 Inc., she had "no comment" about whether or not Lowry lives there.

Ajay Virmani did not respond to requests for comment before publication.
