While speaking on The Balanced Voice podcast on Wednesday, the Interstellar star said the idea of running for office is "a true consideration."
This statement comes just four months after he first teased possibly dipping into Texas politics on the Hugh Hewitt Show, saying "I mean, that wouldn’t be up to me. It would be up to the people more than it would me."
