A Miami Marlins COVID-19 outbreak is spreading through the team, causing a delay in their season.

The Major League Baseball team has at least 14 players and coaches testing positive for the disease.

With part of the roster now infected and quarantined, it has affected the team's opening home schedule.

Their home opener against the Baltimore Orioles tonight has been postponed.

The Marlins are currently conducting tests on the team to determine if anyone else has caught the novel coronavirus.
