Local police are appealing for help from the public to locate a missing 19-year-old girl in Ottawa. Officials say she hasn’t been seen for several days.

In a notice shared on September 14, Ottawa Police confirmed that teenager Sophia Hennessey was considered missing.

Officals report that Hennessey has not been seen since Saturday, when she was spotted in the Davidson Road area at 5:00 p.m.

The last time Hennessey was seen in Ottawa

“Her family is worried for her safety,” reads the report.

The 19-year-old is described as a Caucasian female, who is approximately 5’6”. She has shoulder length brown hair, brown eyes, and could be wearing glasses.

Anybody who may have information about the missing teen is urged to call Ottawa Police or the Missing Persons Unit ASAP.
