You Can Buy A Floating Restaurant In BC For Less Than A Vancouver Condo

The listing says you can "earn six figures in 3 months every summer!"

Contributor

If you've ever been to the Shuswap in British Columbia, you're probably familiar with the floating restaurant on the water. Known as the Shuswap Shark Shack, this place is made up of three floating barges.

Home to sleeping quarters for about 15 people as well as a fully decked-out restaurant and bar, it's the only business of its kind allowed on the lake, says the listing.

For sale for $749,900, buying this place could also mean buying summer jobs for you and your friends or family. In fact, the listing says that you could earn six figures in the three summer months alone.

"Positioned as one of the most celebrated tourist spots in the Okanagan since 2008, the Shuswap Shark Shack provides a distinctive dining experience on a floating barge in the middle of the scenic Cinnemousun narrows," it says.

Oh, and the purchase comes with two speed boats.
