The magical CPKC Holiday Train returns to Ontario next week — Here are all 38 stops
The wait is almost up, Ontario! The festive CPKC Holiday Train is back and set to spread holiday cheer across the province starting next week.
Previously known as the CP Holiday Train, this magical event is making its return, bringing live performances and seasonal joy to communities across Ontario.
Starting this month, the colourful, brightly lit train will roll into 38 different towns and cities across Ontario, offering free concerts to raise support for local food banks. Each stop is a chance to soak up the holiday vibes with live music, festive activities and an opportunity to give back by bringing food or cash donations to help those in need.
This beloved annual tradition combines holiday magic with community spirit, making it the perfect outing to kick off the festive season. Talented artists will perform a mix of classic holiday tunes and original songs, bringing something for everyone to enjoy.
Though entry is free, visitors are encouraged to bring non-perishable food or cash donations to support local food banks. It's a fun way to spread joy while supporting an important cause.
The CPKC Holiday Train starts its Ontario route on November 23 in Milton and wraps up its tour of the province on December 3 in Ingolf, with so many stops in between — so there's bound to be a stop near you!

Which artists are performing on the CPKC Holiday Train in Ontario?
Each stop will feature two iconic artists performing live from the brightly decorated train, mixing holiday classics with their own hit songs. This year, American Authors and KT Tunstall will take the stage for stops from November 23 to 25, while Tyler Shaw and Shawnee Kish will perform at the stops from November 28 to December 3.
The one exception is that for the show in Marathon on December 2, Canadian band Magic! will be stepping in to replace Tyler Shaw.
