Prior to the pandemic, Toronto TTC commuters were often greeted in the mornings with the smell of freshly baked Jamaican patties in subway stations like Bathurst. For the past couple of years that sweet smell was gone, until now.

If you were a regular commuter, you probably remember the smell of Fahmee's Bakery's Jamaican patties in subway stations. However, the bakery shut down its main Scarborough location due to a tragic fire in 2022 and stopped providing TTC stations with their famous goods, but it just announced its return.
