"I'm thrilled to tell you that my new version of Fearless is done and it will be with you soon," revealed the 10-time Grammy winner in her post.
The re-recorded album, which is titled Fearless (Taylor's Version), has 26 songs in total — six of which are brand new songs from what she called "the vault."
"I've now gone back and recorded those so that everyone will be able to hear not only the songs that made the album but the songs that almost made it," the singer told Good Morning America in a video.
Swift called the album the "full picture" of the original version.
She also left Easter eggs in her Instagram statement — she capitalized several letters in the message that altogether spell out "APRIL NINTH."
Fans believe this points to the new version of the album being released on Friday, April 9.
