It turns out that buying a Toronto condo doesn't have to cost you millions. 

According to Zoocasa, some units are selling for cheaper prices than in 2019, thanks to a growing lack of demand.

For example, condo prices have dropped by as much as 9% in the Entertainment District and Liberty Village.

Yet, the median price tag for those high-demand areas is still over $600,000. So, you will still need a hefty down payment. 

However, there are still some neighbourhoods in the 6ix that offer condos for an even cheaper rate. 

Toronto's most affordable condominiums are located in Malvern and Rouge area, which sees a median condo price of $412,450. 

West Hill, Centennial Scarborough follows closely behind with $427,000. 

Coming in third is Scarborough Village, Guildwood at $428,000.
