Windows down, music up! If you’re searching for reasons to take a road trip this fall, look no further. You can visit the world’s smallest chapel in Ontario and it looks like something out of a fairytale.

Located in the charming town of Niagara-On-The-Lake, The Living Water Wayside Chapel holds the Guinness World Record for being the smallest building of its kind.

And if it was up to us, we might say it’s the world’s cutest, too.

Inside, the floor spans only 4 meters by 1.8 meters, so you won’t be hosting a massive wedding here anytime soon.

Every Easter, the little chappel holds a special ceremony, but otherwise, this spot is open daily for visitors.

The chapel can be found at Walkers Country Market where you can also find fresh fruits, veggies, and baked goods.

Sounds like this road trip just got sweeter.

A number of local wineries and restaurants are also located nearby so after you tour the chapel, you can spend your day enjoying the best of the Niagara region.

Weddings do sometimes take place here, however the church can only seat about six to eight people.

But, on busy summer days, it’s not uncommon for this gem to attract a crowd of curious travellers.

And if you’re looking to uncover more places like this, you’re in luck.

Ontario is home to a few tiny attractions.

In addition to this church, you can also visit North America’s smallest jailhouse roughly two hours from Toronto.

So if you need some road trip inspiration this season, this spot is perfect.
