Elon Musk Says He Hopes Son X AE A-XII Becomes The ‘Prince Of Canada’

Or he could follow his dad's footsteps in trolling the internet...

Wishful thinking! Elon Musk and Grimes' baby X AE A-XII is just nearing three months old and it seems like his dad already has big some hopes for his future. The Tesla CEO recently joked about his baby being raised as royalty.

The Canadian couple welcomed their son on May 4 and have since shared some adorable snaps and stories about him.

The South Africa native received his Canadian citizenship in 1989 when he lived in Kingston while attending Queen's University.

Grimes, born Claire Elise Boucher, was born and raised in Vancouver and attended McGill University in Montreal.

Together, the two make the ultimate Canadian power couple paired with their affinity for trolling on the internet. That's actually how they first met on Twitter when they both made a joke about the AI experiment, Roko's basilisk.

It seems like the parents aren't shying away from debuting their infant on the internet.

During a recent interview with The New York Times, Musk joked that if Baby X, as he calls him, doesn't become "the prince of the internet, he can be 'the prince of Canada.'"

The SpaceX CEO apparently didn't go into more detail about what he said, though we can assume he was joking with just a hint of hopefulness.

NYT also writes that Musk opened up about his parenting techniques with his incredibly busy work schedule.

This is his seventh son as he has welcomed six children into the world with his ex-wife, Justine Musk.

That includes twins Xavier and Griffin as well as triplets Damian, Saxon, and Kai.

"Well, babies are just eating and pooping machines, you know? Right now there’s not much I can do. Grimes has a much bigger role than me right now," Musk said. "When the kid gets older, there will be more of a role for me."

He continued, "I think just doing what I’ve done with my other kids. If I have a trip for Tesla to China, for example, I’ll bring the kids with me and we’ll go see the Great Wall or we took the bullet train from Beijing to Xian and saw the Terracotta Warriors."

Hopefully, that parenting technique also works for his partner.

Grimes recently shared her disappointment with Musk in a now-deleted tweet when he wrote that "Pronouns suck" so it looks like there's one thing they disagree on.
