Those doing some late night shopping on GameStop's website were treated with a surprise that was just too good to be true.

Video games, consoles, and other accessories were being sold at a massively discounted price....free.

Even Nintendo Switches, which had just become available, were completely free, leaving buyers to just pay the shipping cost.

Unfortunately, those who were quick enough to place an order received an email Friday morning from GameStop letting them know that their order has been canceled.

A Reddit post went up notifying the community about the pricing errors and users were quick to act.

One user even said his friend ordered not one, but nine Nintendo Switches.

The official r/GameStop subreddit quickly removed the post.

GameStop still has sales going on and you can expect more to come as the holiday season gets closer and closer, just expect to pay a price.
