Food shopping is about to get a whole lot easier. Starting today, Uber Grocery in Toronto will now let you do your weekly shopping straight from your phone. 

In a press release, the company announced that in partnership with Cornershop, the app will allow those in certain Canadian cities to get food delivered from a variety of locations in their area. 

July 7 The day Torontonians can start ordering groceries through Uber. 

Currently, Uber Grocery is only available in Toronto and Montreal. 

However, an Uber Spokesperson told Narcity that they hope to see the new service become available in other Canadian cities in the future.  

According to CP24, options such as Walmart, Metro, Rexall, Costco, Longos and Pet Valu will be available. 

Users can use both their Uber and UberEats app to use this service.
