It's the most wonderful time of the year even for "enemies." Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman have reinstated their feud and threw holiday-themed insults at each other.

On social media, the Canadian-born star shared a video of him and Jackman to announce that they're going to figure out who's the true winner of their ongoing battle.

Jackman called Reynolds "the canned cranberry sauce of human beings."

Reynolds fired back and said that "like mistletoe, Hugh just makes things awkward."

"They say the holidays are a time for forgiveness," Reynolds said. "Hugh, forgive me for exposing you for the monster you truly are."

Then Jackman asked for everyone besides Reynolds to forgive him "for even engaging with someone of his emotional maturity."

However, they quickly jumped off the forgiveness train and want people to choose a winner instead.

People can side with Reynolds or Jackman if they shop at Sam's Club during the holidays and while the members-only, warehouse-style stores aren't in Canada, there is another Canadian connection here besides Reynolds himself.

With this battle, he is fundraising for the SickKids Foundation to provide compassionate care and Jackman is supporting the Laughing Man Foundation which helps coffee farming communities.

No matter who wins the feud, a donation will be made to both of their charities.

Reynolds said that the holidays "are an emotional brawl with friends, loved ones, also hated ones."
