The Challenge: USA returns for a second season this summer with fan favourites like Johnny "Bananas" DeVenanzio, Wes Bergmann, Tori Deal, Cory Wharton, Amanda Garcia, Paulie Calafiore and Faysal Shafaat along for the ride.

CBS announced the return of the hit reality TV show earlier this week alongside the season two trailer, and it looks packed with epic challenges and a whole lot of drama.

The spinoff competition series will air on Thursday, Aug. 10, and will feature a total of 24 contestants, including 18 veterans or "vets" from MTV’s The Challenge, Big Brother, The Amazing Race, and Survivor.

Big Brother Canada is coming back for its 11th season, and Arisa Cox (the show's beloved host) has given Canadian reality TV fans a peek at the brand new BBCAN house — scratch that — the BBCAN Manor.

Styled after a 19th-century grand home (refurbished in the art-deco '20s), Cox describes the set as opulent; it's got lush velvet curtains concealing a "secretive" parlour, a sophisticated library, topiary shrubs and what appear to be checkered marble floors. It's all very Knives Out.

Miss Universe was crowned on January 14 and the woman who took the title was none other than Miss Texas USA, R'Bonney Gabriel. The contestant won against all odds, especially after the recent controversy following her Miss USA win.

In October, Miss Montana USA Heather Lee O'Keefe, and many other competitors claimed the event was rigged after Gabriel went on a sponsored solo trip to Nizuc hours after the results were announced.

Former kickboxer-turned-influencer Andrew Tate has been banned from Facebook and Instagram amid criticism that he's a "toxic" figure promoting misogyny and harmful acts toward women.

Meta decided to ban his accounts on its social media platforms Friday. The social media company told BBC and others that Tate violated its policies on "dangerous organizations and individuals."
