The Old Farmers Almanac not only put out a spring forecast for Canada but also a month-by-month forecast that showed the weather conditions in every province.
So, here's what the weather will be like in April, May and June — including when you'll get snow and sunshine.
BC
This is what you need to know about B.C.'s spring forecast for 2025.
April
From April 1 to 14, a few showers are expected and temperatures start to warm up.
B.C.'s weather from April 15 to 22 will be sunny and warm, but then a few showers will dampen the province.
Between April 23 and 28, it's forecast to be sunny and warm in southern B.C.
You can expect showers and mild temperatures from April 29 to 30.
May
Between May 1 and 5, it will be sunny in the north and rainy in the south with mild temperatures.
Rain showers are forecast from May 6 to 15 as it gets cooler.
From May 16 to 24, you should expect isolated showers and chilly temperatures in B.C.
There will be rainy periods between May 25 and 31 along with cool temperatures.
June
From June 1 to 8, there will be a few showers but then the sun will shine through. Temperatures are forecast to be warm in the north and cool in the south.
Between June 9 and 14, you should expect rainy periods followed by sunny conditions and temperatures turning mild.
B.C.'s spring weather forecast calls for rainy periods and cooler temperatures from June 15 to 21.
From June 22 to 30, it will be sunny but cool with showers.
Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba
Here's the spring weather forecast for Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
April
From April 1 to 4, there will be a little rain for the region along with snow and cold temperatures.
Between April 5 and 24, it will be sunny and temperatures will start to turn "very warm."
The spring forecast calls for isolated showers followed by sunshine from April 25 to 30. But it won't be as warm as the last few weeks.
May
Between May 1 and 14, you should expect thunderstorms and then sunshine as temperatures warm up.
From May 15 to 21, it will be sunny in eastern parts of the Prairies and rainy, with thunderstorms, in the west. Temperatures will be "very warm."
There will be showers and "very warm" temperatures in the east and thunderstorms and warm temperatures in the west from May 22 to 31.
June
The spring forecast calls for sunny and mild weather from June 1 to 6.
Between June 7 and 10, you should expect thunderstorms in the east and sunshine in the west. Temperatures will be mild across Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
From June 11 to 24, isolated thunderstorms in the east and heavy thunderstorms in the west are forecast along with warm temperatures.
Then, between June 25 and 30, it will be sunny in the east. Isolated showers and mild temperatures are expected in the west.
Ontario
Here's what you need to know about Ontario's spring forecast.
April
Between April 1 and 4, it will be sunny in eastern parts of the province but rain and snow will come down in southern Ontario's western region. Temperatures will be cool.
From April 5 to 9, you should expect "heavy" snow in the north and rain in the south. Temperatures are set to be cool everywhere.
Weather will be warm from April 10 to 17, with sunshine in the north but rain in the south.
Between April 18 and 30, it's forecast to be rainy then sunny in more northern parts of southern Ontario. The rest of southern Ontario will get rainy intervals followed by sunshine.
You should expect "very warm" temperatures that week.
May
Between May 1 and 6, there will be showers and chilly temperatures in southern Ontario.
From May 7 to 19, it will be sunny in the north, but rainy —possibly heavy at times — in the south. Temperatures will start to turn warm.
Ontario's weather from May 20 to 31 is forecast to feature sunshine in the north and heavy rain showers in the south. It won't be as warm though.
June
From June 1 to 16, the weather will be sunny in the north while southern parts of the province deal with rain and thunderstorms. You should expect chilly temperatures to turn warm.
Weather in southern Ontario will warm, but rain and thunderstorms are forecast from June 17 to 23.
Between June 24 and 30, sunny conditions will be interrupted by showers but temperatures will be warm.
Quebec
This is Quebec's spring forecast for April, May and June.
April
From April 1 to 9, there will be rain and snow in southern parts of the province but temperatures will be warm.
Between April 10 and 13, sunny but chilly conditions are forecast.
Quebec's weather will be cool with a few showers from April 14 to 23.
From April 24 to 31, it will be sunny and warm with a few showers.
May
Between May 1 and 9, you should expect a few showers and chilly temperatures.
Then, from May 10 to 13, there will be rainy periods and continued cool temperatures.
From May 14 to 23, there will be a few showers in the east and sunny in the west. Warm temperatures will give way to cooler conditions.
Between May 24 and 31, southern Quebec is forecast to get scattered showers as temperatures turn warm.
June
From June 1 to 4, a few showers and cool temperatures are expected.
Between June 5 and 8, it will be sunny and start to warm up for a bit.
Then, from June 9 to 15, the weather will be cooler and feature a few showers.
From June 16 to 20, you should expect scattered thunderstorms and warm temperatures in southern Quebec.
Quebec's spring weather forecast says showers and cool temperatures are expected from June 21 to 30.
New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, PEI and Newfoundland
Here's the spring forecast for New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, P.E.I. and Newfoundland.
April
From April 1 to 11, it will be sunny but then rain showers move through the region. Temperatures will become mild.
Between April 12 and 14, it will be sunny but chilly.
You should expect rain and mild temperatures in the east and sunny and cool conditions in the west from April 15 to 17.
The spring forecast calls for a few showers as temperatures become cooler from April 18 to 26.
Between April 27 and 30, there will be rain in the east and isolated showers in the west. You should expect chilly temperatures across Atlantic Canada.
May
Between May 1 and 9, it will be rainy and cool in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, P.E.I. and Newfoundland.
Then, from May 10 to 16, you should expect a few showers and mild temperatures.
It will be rainy in the east and sunny in the west between May 17 and 19. Temperatures will be cool through.
From May 20 to 31, there will be isolated showers as cool temperatures continue.
June
From June 1 to 8, there will be periods of rain and then sun. Temperatures are expected to be warm in the east and cool in the west.
The spring forecast calls for showers between June 9 and 15. Warm temperatures in the east and cool temperatures in the west continue.
Between June 16 and 21, there will be isolated thunderstorms and "very warm" temperatures.
From June 22 to 30, Atlantic Canada will be sunny but then periods of rain and cool temperatures take over.
