Filming of The Last Of Us Season 2 is underway in B.C. and eagle-eyed fans have already spotted several locations tied to the show.

The HBO series moved its production to Vancouver for Season 2 and fans have been on the lookout ever since. They have also been sharing photos and videos online of where they've seen the show being filmed.

While it remains unclear how closely the second season of The Last Of Us will follow the game it's based on, we do know Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsey will be back in their lead roles as Joel and Ellie.

Based on what is being shared online, fans of the series are trying to connect the real-life locations to the ones seen in the game.

Numerous photos and videos have been shared on the sub-Reddit thread r/ThelastofusHBOseries and X accounts like @TheLastOfUsNews.

Here are the biggest sightings that have happened so far in B.C. for Season 2 of The Last Of Us.

Mission, BC

A set in Mission has sparked a lot of curiosity online.

The production set is a massive house in the forest.

Global News shared a video on March 6 showing camera cranes and lights set up around it.

Fans are calling it "The House" and say it looks almost identical to the one in the game.

Photos in tweets also show comparisons of the real house in B.C. to the one in the game.

According to The Last Of Us Wiki, the house in question is called The Baldwin Mansion and is a hunting/ski lodge where Abby (played by Isabela Merced in Season 2) and her crew stay during their time in Jackson County.

Merced shared a photo on social media this week and it looks like it may have been taken next to the Mission, B.C. house so it sounds like the connection adds up.

TikToker @kylarichey shared a video earlier this week of crews filming a few houses down from her home in Fort Langley.

In the video, you can see crew members standing around on the street and snow being trucked in.

She also shows abandoned cars in front of a house with Wyoming plates that are covered in something white, which she calls "zombie cars" in the video.

At the end of the clip, she shows a photo of a white house with snow in the front yard.

"The house you'll see in season 2!!!" the TikToker writes.

Langley, BC

Part of the above TikTok video shows a house that many are speculating is Joel's house due to its similarities to the one in the game.

According to The Last Of Us Wiki, in the game The Last Of Us Part II, Joel lives in the Jackson house with Ellie. It's on a street called Rancher Street, not far from the Jackson Cemetery.

Kamloops, BC

According to Hollywood North Buzz, the show also shot scenes at a set outside of Kamloops.

In photos shared online, you can see a building with a "Greenplace Market" sign.

A fandom wiki page says Greenplace Market is a "minor location" in the game The Last of Us Part II.

"It was formerly a supermarket located in Jackson County, and was later visited by Ellie and Dina on one of their routine patrols," the website reads.

North Vancouver

The crew was also reportedly in North Vancouver filming scenes for the show.

In a clip shared on X, there is a large group of people next to a building and trees filled with strings of lights on them. There are also several trucks parked nearby.

Another Reddit post says the scenes were shot in an old church and it was giving "serious Jackson dance scene vibes."

According to The Last Of Us Wiki page, it's a scene where Ellie attends a party in Jackson.

Aside from Ramsey and Pascal reprising their roles in Season 2, other stars include Isabela Merced as Abby, Danny Ramirez as Manny, Tati Gabrielle as Nora, Ariela Barer as Mel, and Spencer Lord as Owen.

Young Mazino, Kaitlyn Dever, and Schitt's Creek actress Catherine O'Hara are also part of the cast for this season.

Filming is scheduled to wrap up in August so we anticipate there will be a lot more sightings until then.

The Last of Us Season 2 will premiere on HBO sometime in 2025.
