The new season of The Bachelor is currently in production and the cast was spotted filming in a small town in Alberta.

Joey Graziadei is the leading man for the franchise's 28th season and he and a few of the female contestants were seen at a pub and hotel in Jasper.

According to blogger Steve Carbone, or Reality Steve, the new season started filming in California in September and after a couple of European stops (Malta and Spain), the cast made their way to Canada last week.

The blogger shared some of the spoilers on his Instagram, including that the final six women of Graziadei's season and the bachelor himself are staying at the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge.

There was also a polar plunge date scheduled to happen at Lac Beauvert on October 21, Reality Steve wrote.

In a Reddit thread that's popped up about this very topic, one person says they spotted a couple being filmed in Jasper.

"We just saw a couple being filmed in a Jasper gift shop and me being curious had to Google it - which led me to this page (thank you!). Is anyone able to tell me who the couple is? I have a badly taken photo but don't know how to post it. I'm not from Canada!" they wrote.

Another source tells Narcity they saw the cast filming at Whistle Stop Pub on Miette Avenue in Jasper over the weekend.

We called the pub to see if we could get any details, but an employee told us they couldn't confirm anything. A staff member at the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge also said they couldn't comment on any guests staying at the hotel due to privacy.

Alberta wasn't the only Canadian stop for The Bachelor cast.

Before filming out west, the cast was spotted filming in Montreal.

In that same Reddit post, one person wrote they saw Graziadei and the women near a popular hotel.

"I saw Joey, and some girls of the season in Montreal!! They’re staying at The Fairmont Queen Elizabeth! I think they were coming back from a group date, because they were all dressed in white bathrobes!" they wrote.

Reality Steve also reported that 10 women went with Graziadei to Montreal and played street hockey in an alleyway.

The show filming in Canada has been a long time coming. Season 17 of The Bachelorette, which was Katie Thurston's season, was apparently supposed to be filmed at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge in 2021, according to Reality Steve. However, those plans were cancelled due to Covid-19 travel restrictions.

Reality Steve says the cast is scheduled to start filming hometown dates on October 24.

Graziadei was the runner-up in Charity Lawson's season of The Bachelorette. Lawson ended up getting engaged to Dotun Olubeko and then Graziadei was named as the new bachelor during The Bachelorette season finale.

It's unclear when Graziadei's season will air, but it will likely be sometime in 2024 so make sure to keep an eye out for any Canadian landmarks in the show!
