The Meadowview Alpaca Farm in Bruce Mines went up for sale recently, and according to the listing, there are over 100 alpacas on the grounds, with 30 acres of cleared land for them to roam.

The owners of the farm, Robert and Denise Martel, have been taking care of alpacas on the property for the last 19 years and have always had a constant flow of visitors, they told CTV News. They are retiring and hope to leave their farm in good hands.
"The alpacas will come right up and eat out of their hands, they'll lie down so that they can take selfies with them, they love to take selfies," said Denise Martel to the outlet. Once the farm is sold, the Martels will apparently work alongside the buyers for at least a year to guarantee the success of running an alpaca farm.
The listing says that the property is right on the waters of Round Lake, and also comes with an updated family home, a well-maintained historic barn, farm equipment, knitting machines for all of your alpaca fur apparel, and a lot more.
The farm is set to reopen for visitors this Sunday, June 20, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., so you can stop by and imagine your new life as a full-time alpaca whisperer.
