Marcella Zoia Went Joy Riding & Backyard Partying After Her Sentencing (VIDEO)

She doesn't seem too upset by her punishments.

"Chair Girl" is living her best life after her sentencing hearing on Tuesday, July 21. It seems from Marcella Zoia's Instagram that today's verdict hasn't put too much of a downer on her day after she avoided jail time. In fact, quite the opposite.

Editor's Choice: Marcella Zoia Just Got Sentenced & She Won't Be Heading To Jail After All

The 20-year-old was sentenced to two years' probation, community service, and a $2,000 fine on Tuesday, July 21, after she infamously threw a chair onto the Gardiner Expressway in February 2019.

She also avoided being hit with any form of the social media ban which had been suggested by prosecutors in the lead-up to the verdict.

And she was making the most of that continued online presence almost immediately after her case was resolved on Tuesday.

After the hearing, which took place by teleconference, Zoia was picked up by her friend Chromazz, a Toronto rapper who calls herself "Toronto's first lady" on her Instagram.

Within hours of her sentencing, Zoia was back on social media, sharing a video in an Instagram story to her 56,000+ followers of her and Chromazz smiling for the camera and singing exuberantly.

And the celebrations didn't stop there. Not by a long shot.

The two then apparently headed for a backyard party where the revelling continued.

Both Zoia and Chromazz shared more of their evening on Instagram as the 20-year-old enjoyed her freedom.

Both shared the same picture on their respective pages, of the two of them sitting on apparently invisible chairs and Zoia swigging from a bottle.

Zoia's version of the photo was captioned "Toronto's finest," while Chromazz posted hers with the message "It’s Marcella not chair girl 😛🙈"

Zoia did show some form of appreciation, though — to her lawyer, Greg Leslie, whose prediction that she would not be sentenced to jail time proved correct.

It seems Tuesday's sentencing hearing and the return to the spotlight that it brought have not done Zoia's online presence any harm.

At the start of the day, she had just over 54,000 Instagram followers. By 7 p.m., several hours after the hearing, she had nearly 57,000.

Judging from her and Chromazz's posts, it looks like the partying will continue long into the night.
