A decrepit garage for sale in Toronto's Danforth Village is back on the market, and this time it's listed for more money.

951B Greenwood Ave. is nothing more than a garage on a modest piece of land, but it costs a whopping $729,000.

The property went up for sale in 2019 for $599,000. Now, it's available to purchase for $130,000 more.

The listing describes it as an "opportunity in desirable Danforth Village, [...] conveniently located [by] subway, schools, shops and other amenities."

While the $729,000 price tag may seem high, this lot is being sold for land value only. Nearby homes are selling for upwards of $1.2 million.

The property may not have any bathrooms or bedrooms, but it does boast a single window. Plus, 951B Greenwood has a backyard, which is more than many Toronto homes can say.

"The right buyer may be out there," said realtor Antigone Dallas to Narcity in 2019.

"I’m assuming it will be someone who does a little bit more property type development, or a builder is kind of who my client is thinking of, that will probably come along and pick up this parcel of land."

From the outside, it certainly looks like the previous owners didn't put any work into this fixer-upper — they left that job for the new owners.
