It goes without saying that Ontario’s got an unfathomable amount of beautiful and unique areas to explore.
And if you’re looking for a new way to take in one of the province's most exquisite spots, then you’re in luck this holiday season.
A brand new, holiday-themed trail in Waterloo Region has just been revealed, and it’s the perfect path for couples, friends, or anyone who wants to take in the magic of the season while absorbing the beauty of the area.
Explore Waterloo Region Mistletoe Trail consists of 7 fun, historical, one-of-a-kind and fully Instagrammable spots throughout the Waterloo Region, marked with a hanging mistletoe for extra festive vibes.

Not only is this a perfect opportunity to share a kiss, a hug, or a high-five with a loved one, but it’s also your chance to get outdoors during the holidays and explore a spot you might not have known about before.
For example, make a day out of following the trail, and explore some shops, cafes and holiday markets along the way!
And, fun fact? Each mistletoe was created by a different artist from the Button Factory Arts Centre in Waterloo. So you can experience some local art on the trail, too!

Each different location on the trail is marked via the online interactive trail map, but they include:

- The Gaslight District public square in Cambridge
And plenty more spots.
So, grab your friends, family, significant other, or even just yourself, and follow the trail for some fantastic holiday vibes! Don't forget to share your photos under the mistletoe on social using the hashtag #WRKiss.
