A Brand New Drive-In Is Coming To Austin This July With Movies, Live Bands, & More
Finding fun things to do in your car is more sought after these days than ever before. Unfortunately, few activities can be enjoyed in such a closed space aside from seeing a movie or devouring a fast food meal. That's all changing this summer when the Parking Lot Social comes to Texas and brings with it the best new way to enjoy movies and food. It's complete with live concerts, games, comedy, and much more!
The Parking Lot Social is coming to Austin from Thursday, July 9 through Sunday, July 12 to show Austinites the night, or nights, of their lives.
The event is a way to feel as though you're back in a group setting, while still keeping a safe distance apart from everyone else.
From your car, you'll be able to enjoy roughly three hours of live bands, a silent disco, car-a-oke, bingo, movies, comedy, food, and more.
All you have to do is pay for one ticket per car and decide on the night you'd like to come out, and what all you want to do while there. With so many options, one night may not be enough.
Ticket prices range from $29 to $59 depending on the night you come, which will just depend on what all you'd like to do.
Each day has a different schedule, with some activities taking place in the daytime and others taking place in the evening.
Not only will The Parking Lot Social be in Austin this summer, but it'll be in Houston and Dallas as well!
Their Houston dates are Thursday, June 25 through Sunday, June 28 and their Dallas dates are Thursday, July 2 through Sunday, July 5.
