If you've ever dreamed of living in the U.K., you might want to look at this small town in Ontario. The historic village has European vibes and, according to locals, is a dream spot to move to.

In a post on Narcity Canada's Facebook page, we asked readers to let us know which Ontario towns they would love to relocate to. This enchanting village with fairytale streets was one of the places mentioned.

Perth is a dreamy small town located along the Tay River. While it may not be Europe, its Scottish heritage and stone buildings give it a charming, old-world feel that's straight out of a storybook.

The town boasts many attractions and things to do, from museums to parks and cozy cafes. The downtown is lined with cute shops and local boutiques where you can find all sorts of unique goods.

There are also community events throughout the year, such as a farmers' market, fair and Christmas festivals.

According to the town's website, "Whether you're looking for a slower pace of life in a welcoming community or want to be surrounded by beautiful nature right outside your door, Perth has what you need."

It offers "a perfect blend of small-town charm and modern amenities," making it an idyllic spot to settle down if you enjoy a quieter lifestyle with easy access to nature and contemporary convenience.

It's just an hour from Ottawa, so you can still get your big city fix.

If you're considering relocating, locals say that Perth is a dream small town.
