These Kirkland Products At Costco Canada Are Actually Brand Name Items But Way Cheaper

If you've ever visited the wholesale retailer, you've probably seen Kirkland Signature products. Costco partners with national and international brands and manufacturers for this private-label brand, which means that sometimes the items you see with the Kirkland label are actually identical to brand name products at a cheaper price.

These seven TikToks break down some of the Kirkland items you should be buying instead of their name-brand counterparts.

When Costco partners with a brand, you can see the co-branding on the product package, like with the Kirkland coffee that also has the Starbucks logo. Even then, the Costco version is less expensive.

Buying packages of Kirkland bottled water instead of Nestle ones will cost you less, even though they're both made by Nestle. You can also find jelly beans co-branded by Costco and Jelly Belly that are cheaper than getting a pack that's only by Jelly Belly.

Costco also sells Kettle chips, aluminum foil and alcohol under the Kirkland label that are either the same as or very similar to products from other, more expensive brands.

Rumoured Kirkland dupes include Duracell batteries and Huggies diapers, both of which are cheaper with the Kirkland label than under the name-brand.

Some Kirkland soups are actually co-branded with Campbell's, so you can save a few bucks on each box or can you buy.

You can find other savings with Costco's private-label brand on items including nut bars, olive oil and pet food. There's also an unconfirmed rumour that Kirkland vodka is Grey Goose, according to this TikTok account.
