The era of President Donald Trump is coming to an end next week, and he already has his sights on a new home once he's moved out of the White House.

Trump, along with First Lady Melania Trump, is planning to make a move down to his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida after his term ends on January 20.

The president's plan to head for the Sunshine State comes after New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio recently announced he will be canceling the city's contract with the Trump Organization following the Pro-Trump riot on Capitol Hill.

Trump has owned the massive Florida estate for over 35 years now and was routinely spotted playing golf during his presidency for a little "exercise."

But he will not be moving alone, as some other members of the Trump clan are planning to follow him down south.

ABC News reports his daughter Ivanka Trump and her husband Jared Kusher are also planning to call Florida home after the couple dropped a whopping $30-million on a lot resting on a high-security Miami island.

The president's eldest son, Donlald Trump Jr. is also looking for a radical change in setting, as he and his girlfriend, Kimberly Guilfoyle, are reportedly planning to sell their current home in the Hamptons for a spot in Palm Beach.
