Democrats are hopeful Texas could go blue this election after a poll done by the Dallas Morning News showed 48% of likely Texas voters supporting Joe Biden.
While some Texas Republicans, including Governor Greg Abbott, think there is no way the state goes blue.
The polls close in Texas at 7 p.m. Central Standard Time on election day, which will then leave the country eagerly waiting to see where all 38 of Texas' electoral college votes will land.
