Jagmeet Singh & Gurkiran Kaur Dressed Up For Halloween & This Year They Had Props

The iconic duo dressed up as another iconic duo! 🌟
Managing Editor, Canada

When it comes to Halloween, it seems Jagmeet Singh and Gurkiran Kaur aren’t afraid to go above and beyond!

The NDP leader and his wife shared some photos of their spooky styles on October 31, and it seems this year they’re honouring Star Wars.

In the pictures shared on Instagram, Kaur can be seen dressed in white and donning the iconic Princess Leia side-buns and belt.

Beside her, Singh can be seen rocking an Obi-Wan Kenobi-inspired outfit. He even has a seriously realistic-looking lightsaber prop!

“Happy Halloween!!! May the force be with you,” wrote the NDP leader in an Instagram post.

This isn’t the first time the duo has coordinated their outfits to capture the perfect shot, as Singh and Kaur were totally twinning for an adorable fall photoshoot earlier this year, too.

Last year, however, Kaur went her own way and dressed up as Wonder Woman.

It seems Star Wars was a popular choice for Halloween costumes this year, as Fred VanVleet and his family also honoured the franchise as part of their spooky celebrations.

Justin Trudeau's family also dressed up on Saturday night, but the PM's outfit is yet to be revealed!
