It's like a little inside joke.

It's been revealed what Sophie Grégoire Trudeau's favourite saying is and it's a hilarious one that even the prime minister says too.

During a Facebook live for International Women's Day, she spoke with other women about how society tries to shape who they are.

Grégoire Trudeau ended the chat and said that "in my defence, the moon was full and I was left unattended" is her favourite saying.

"My husband winks at me every time I use it," she said.

She also shared that Trudeau actually uses the saying too.

For International Women's Day, the couple posted a video message on social media and noted that they're not afraid to label themselves as feminists.

A few months earlier Grégoire Trudeau revealed that her husband shows his emotions easily and she finds it hot.

"Being alive is to actually be vulnerable, talk about your emotions and that is so attractive," she said.
