During a live stream about mental health on Facebook, Sophie Grégoire Trudeau revealed that her husband shows his emotions easily and she finds it "hot."

A few minutes into the video, one of the people she was chatting with spoke about how showing emotion is stigmatized for men and boys and that led her to get personal.

She said the person telling his story made her think of her husband Justin Trudeau, "who also shows his emotion easily."

Then Grégoire Trudeau mentioned how doing that is setting the bar to, in her opinion, a new kind of "hot."

"Being alive is to actually be vulnerable, talk about your emotions and that is so attractive," she said.

Both she and her husband have been open about mental health recently on social media.

Trudeau posted about how their family has made talking about it a priority in the last year.

Also, they've shown their love for each other many times through cute photos shared on Instagram with touching captions.
