If you're craving a slice of the French countryside but don't want to blow your budget on a plane ticket, you can plan a road trip from Toronto to this dreamy spa instead.

Nestled in the heart of the Finger Lakes Region of New York State, the venue is a 4 hour drive from Toronto and will whisk you away to Europe.

Mirbeau Spa & Inn is a 34-room French-country inspired, boutique hotel and luxury spa located in Skaneateles.

According to the website, the venue combines the elements of a "gracious French manor house, a world-class spa, and casually elegant dining, all with the elegant comforts and residential feel of a private estate."

The spa features a Resting Area with heated foot pool, herbal infused saunas, steam rooms and a heated whirlpool spa with a private bar.

The treatment rooms are complete with fireplaces, private sound systems, heated floors and more, and you can book services such as massages, facials, and nail treatments.

Hotel Guests have first priority for appointments on weekends and other busy days.

If you're looking for an extended stay, you can book a room at the inn or in one of the cozy cottages. The inn and cottages "replicate a private country estate that curves gracefully around the beautiful gardens and ponds inspired by Monet’s own gardens in Giverny, near Paris," so you'll feel like you're in a whole other world.

You can also dig into some French-inspired cuisine at the restaurant, which is complete with a heated patio overlooking the Monet gardens.

Grab your passport, hop in your car and enjoy a little piece of the French countryside at this dreamy spa destination.
