Certain models of the IKEA LETTAN mirror come with the hazard of "unexpectedly falling" due to issues with the product's wall fittings.
If you have one with a date stamp between 1901 and 2105, you can either bring it to your local IKEA for a full refund with no receipt needed or get in contact with the company to get replacement parts to fix the problem.
Either way, if you have one of these, it might be best to take it down and stop using it.

However, not every single one sold counts for the recall. If your 0.4-litre METALLISK espresso maker with a stainless steel valve has a date stamp of either 2040 or 2204 (yyww), you should stop using it and contact IKEA for a refund. This only goes for items with this date stamp.
