Dundas is a dreamy town tucked away in a valley surrounded by the Niagara Escarpment. It's about an hour away from Toronto and is known as "valley town" due to its scenic location.

According to the Dundas Studio Tour, the town is "one of the most beautiful in Southern Ontario," so you can expect some incredible views while strolling through this spot.

The quaint downtown has storybook streets lined with old-world 19th-century buildings. You can explore over 100 local shops, including jewelry stores, chocolate shops and more.

There are also lots of delicious places to grab a bite, such as Detour Cafe, Pinbones Fish Market and Collins Brewhouse.

Beyond strolling through the charming downtown, you can explore the breathtaking scenery surrounding the town.

Dundas Conservation Area is a picturesque destination with meadows, trickling streams and hiking trails that lead through peaceful nature.

You can also head to Christie Lake Conservation Area, which offers activities like hiking, swimming, boating, and fishing.

If you're looking to chase some waterfalls, Dundas is the place to be. The town is close to several stunning cascades, including Tew Falls and Webster Falls, both of which can be found in Spencer Gorge Conservation Area.

With historic streets and beautiful surroundings, Dundas is a gorgeous spot for a day trip.
