If you've been waiting for a sign to level up your home, wardrobe, or both — this is it. Hudson's Bay is throwing open the doors to an epic "Warehouse Sale' in Toronto starting this Thursday, April 10, and it's basically a deal-hunter's dream come true.

In a press release shared with Narcity on April 8, the Canadian department store chain revealed that the sale will run every Thursday to Sunday (except April 18 and 20) for a limited time, giving shoppers access to thousands of discounted items from top brands.

According to the release, items will be "heavily reduced" and absolutely everything must be sold.

The sale is happening at Hudson's Bay Warehouse located at 160 Carrier Drive, Toronto. It will offer discounts of up to 60%, including 60% off furniture and 50% off patio furniture and accessories, with discounts changing on a weekly basis.

What's more, there will be up to 60% off furniture, mattresses, home décor, kitchenware, apparel, handbags, toys and select HBC stripes items, among other things.

This sale comes as most of the 80 Hudson's Bay stores in Canada will be liquidated, along with all three Canadian Saks Fifth Avenue stores and 13 Saks Off 5th locations.

That includes all locations in B.C., Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Nova Scotia. Only some Hudson's Bay stores in Ontario and Quebec will be closed. It's expected that all Hudson's Bay liquidation sales will come to an end by Sunday, June 15.

A few things to note before you go: all items are sold as-is, and all sales are final, so there are no returns or exchanges. Make sure you're ready to commit before you check out. Also, it's debit or credit only — no cash is accepted.

There's complimentary parking on-site, and staff will be available to help you load those bigger-ticket items into your car so you can haul home your finds without any added stress.

If you're looking for the best stuff, get there early — the good deals will go fast. Whether you're in the market for a new sofa, some stylish summer patio furniture, or just want to browse, this is the kind of sale you don't want to miss.
