One little Toronto beaver trying to sneak onto the subway resulted in parts of the TTC being shut down on Thursday morning.

The TTC announced that they were forced to shut down the Grenview automatic entrance of the station to retrieve the animal.

Yet, TTC spokesperson Stuart Green was able to confirm that the little wood-chomper is now safe and sound.

"For all those wondering, Rascal, the Royal York beaver, is safe and with animal services," he tweeted.
