Hotel, motel, a holiday in Ontario! If you’re looking to take your next staycation to new heights then you need to check out this gorgeous boutique hotel in Ontario. With whimsical themed rooms and a whole lot of history, this spot is so much more than your average accommodation.

The Grove Hotel, located in Kingsville, Ontario, is a truly unique hidden gem in the province, and anyone who’s stayed here will tell you that it needs to be on your travel bucket list.

The baby blue building has been around since 1854 and is filled to the brim with personality and history.

From the charming front desk that’s made entirely of old suitcases all the way to the popular Grove Brewhouse next door, you’re sure to have a great time here.

Each of the hotel's 18 rooms has its own theme like the Canadian-themed “Canada Eh” room. That features things like logwood wallpaper, a colourful moose statue, and, naturally, a red plaid blanket.

Another room called “Follow That Car” showcases a traffic light and floor-to-ceiling licence plates behind the bed.

On the hotel’s website, you can read about the room's “vibe” and potential noise level, that way you know what you’re getting into.

Like any hotel, you can expect a variety of room types from double beds to Kings and Queens — there are even a few suites available like the beer-lover's paradise that is The Brew Master Suite.

Other room themes include Hello Mr. Lumberjack, Nothing But Glam, Breathe...Namaste, We Love To Font It, Just Bike It, Oh Snap!, For The Love Of Money, Butter-Fly Away, On The Lake, Viva Las King, Mr. Belvedere, E= MC2, Urban Music Revival, Bye Bye Birdie, and The Ultimate Crashpad.
