This month, you can reach peak relaxation at one of the most unique yoga studios out there.

On December 15, Georgia Aquarium is holding Yoga by the Water — a yoga class right in the Oceans Ballroom with a front-row view of their floor-to-ceiling exhibit.

Yogis can challenge their minds and bodies all while admiring the rays, whales, and fish swim around their habitat.

Let the bright blue water and sea life take over your mind as you practice your favorite yoga poses and release built-up stress (thanks, 2020).

Breathe in and out as wave of relaxation washes over you just like the waves in the ocean.

The after-hours class will be lead by local instructors who will challenge yoga students of all levels.

Yogis are asked to bring their own exercise mats, towels, and water.

Due to COVID-19, the class will be socially distanced and participants will be required to wear a mask.
