If you're looking to soak up this beautiful fall weather, then Calgary's High Park may be your ideal picnic spot and it just opened.

This park is a 200-metre wooden boardwalk and it's bursting with colour.

It's the perfect meetup spot with a bunch of spaced-out picnic tables and complete with cute wooden framed signs.

340 10 Ave. S.W. High Park

You can find this hidden pastel park in the Beltline on the top floor of City Centre Parkade on 10 Avenue S.W.

It's six storeys up but totally worth the climb and it's surrounded by even more colourful and jaw-dropping murals.

Beltline Neighbourhoods Association said on its website that they hope the wide-open space will host concerts, boot camps and other events. And great news, you can even rent the space for your fancy birthday party.

The park is a collab between Beltline Neighbourhoods Association, Calgary Parking Authority, the Beltline Urban Mural Project and Public City Architecture.
