Canada's top online retailers with the very best customer experience were just revealed and we have all the details.

WOW Digital study, created by Leger, collected data and studied Canada's retail stores' online customer experience to see who would reign supreme.

Many retailers have relied on their online presence to meet the growing demand for goods, services, and even food. Leger

Canadians are no strangers to online shopping as a result of being home for nearly a year in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic

Because of this, retailers were left with little choice but to take their business to the world wide web and expand in order to drive customers across the country and beyond.

According to the report, they were very particular about every detail of the consumer experience from the initial search of a website to the actual delivery of the product. 

"Given this increase in online shopping in a particularly competitive environment, having a strong online presence and offering an excellent digital platform experience is more important than ever for businesses who want to maintain their digital market share and stay afloat," the report read.
