If getting paid to be at Canada's Wonderland sounds like a dream come true, you'll want to get your resume ready. The massive amusement park is hiring for thousands of jobs ahead of the 2024 season and you could make over $20 an hour.

The park, located in Vaughan, Ontario, is officially opening for the 2024 season on May 3. It's currently in the midst of a "hiring blitz" to fill approximately 4,000 seasonal and full-time positions.

There are jobs available across all departments, including Operations, Entertainment, Aquatics, Games, Retail, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Landscape, Security and more.

"We’re proud to offer a fun and rewarding place to work," Phil Liggett, general manager said in a press release.

"Whether it be for a summer job, a position to kick-start a career or an enjoyable part-time placement after retirement, we have something for everyone. We offer competitive wages, amazing perks and an opportunity to make lifelong friends and develop essential leadership skills."

The minimum age to work at Wonderland is 15. You can view and apply to the jobs online and additional postings will be added throughout the hiring season, so keep an eye out.

Some positions pay over $20 an hour, such as the Lifeguard and Loss Prevention Retail Security Supervisor jobs.

Perks include competitive wages, free and unlimited use of the park during off hours, employee discounts on food and merchandise, and more.
