It's the start of the Victoria Day long weekend, and Justin Trudeau's family has been enjoying the great outdoors.

Sophie Grégoire Trudeau posted a photo on Instagram on May 22 of the entire family outside in the sunshine, showing off their many, many frisbees while the PM was in full casual dad mode.

Grégoire Trudeau pointed out how tall her kids are getting, with the post showing that the two oldest ones are almost as big as Trudeau now, who is barely still the tallest in the family.

"Can you believe it... so tall now!" she wrote. "How does it even happen?"

And speaking of size, Trudeau's hair is quite the mop top. He's one of several politicians who are probably desperately waiting for hair salons to open up again in Ontario.
