Spooky season is fast approaching! It may be too early for costumes and candy, but you can definitely start planning your haunting adventures. If you’re looking for something to scare yourself silly this year, then you need to check out this terrifying haunted house near Ottawa

Acres of Terror, an annual event taking place at Cannamore Orchards, is set to return this September. This year, things look scarier than ever.

The event will run for five weeks starting September 25. It will feature a haunted funhouse, spooky tractor rides, an entire scary village, and a maze for you to get lost in.

Located roughly 40 minutes outside of Ottawa in Crysler, Ont., this spot is an easy day trip for you and your bast ghoul pals.

The wagon ride will take you on a creepy tour of the 60-acre orchard, but be sure to hold onto your seat because you never know which scary monster is lurking just around the bend.

If clowns send chills down your spine, then the haunted house meets funhouse is sure to send you running for the hills.

And that’s just the beginning.

Visitors can also enjoy a spooky village where you’ll find coffins, vampire houses, and so much more.

You can also explore an indoor maze pumped full of fog if you dare.

There are some new rules and regulations to follow this year including mandatory masks for all of the attractions.

You can see a list of all the rules on the Cannamore Orchards website.

You can visit Acres of Terror in the daytime if you’re looking for a less scary version of the event.

Daytime admission will cost $25 per person.

But for the brave at heart, you’ll want to choose the nighttime admission which will cost $30 per person.

Tickets must be pre-purchased online for a specific date and time slot.
