Last week when I was scrolling through my feed, I noticed this ad for City Bonfires, a US company that makes mini portable bonfires so you can roast marshmallows wherever you are.

It's a small soy wax candle in a tin can (only four inches) that you can easily light without creating any smoke or ash.

The Limited Canada Day Edition is on sale right now for $22.95 (all prices are in USD) but you also have the option of buying a two-pack for $43.95 or five for $104.95. Save an additional 15% by using the code CANADADAY at checkout!

It's the kind of item you want to bring with you when you're going to a friend's house, the beach or your favourite park.

I received the City Bonfire + S'mores Kit which you can get on sale right now for $31.95.

What I Liked The Most About The Product

I can't lie, when we were first unboxing the product, we thought it might give us a little wimpy fire. But after a couple minutes it really burned strong.

The s'mores kit was better than what I expected. The marshmallows were ginormous! The graham crackers were still fresh and the high quality Hershey's chocolate was appreciated by all my friends.

What I Didn't Like About The Product

Truthfully, the only thing I can say is that it does get VERY hot, so be careful if you're around small children. And be careful to not place it directly on any furniture, either.

Would I Recommend This Product?

My friends and I really enjoyed the ambiance it brought to our quiet backyard hangout, and everyone agreed it's a fantastic product for city living. It could even work on a patio balcony if you're living in a condo and have limited outdoor space.
