It appears that a man by the name of Richard Knowles is behind the tiny motel model and he built it in a town in Seattle, according to the show's Instagram page.
"We are seriously impressed!" the official Schitt's Creek page gushed, sharing the images.
"Enjoy, and please remember to keep your distance and stay safe!" they urged fans that may want to visit.
The post had garnered over 195,000 likes at the time of writing.
Seattlerefined, a Seattle media company, described the display as a "magical creation."
According to them, the model hotel is located around West Bothwell Street and 10th Avenue in Seattle in a neighbourhood called Queen Anne.
This comes as fans of the show have recently gotten creative with their renditions of the show's set, even in the form of gingerbread homes.
