It's official, the Schitt's Creek Rosebud Motel in Ontario is for sale and it comes with a hefty price tag.
Hockley Motel, which is located just an hour from downtown Toronto in Orangeville, is on the market for a whopping $2 million.
The building's exterior was used for years in the Canadian TV show Schitt's Creek, and it's so recognizable even without the Rosebud Motel sign!

The motel itself is 4,300 square feet and it's on an impressive 6.7 acres of land. There's also 1,265 feet of frontage on Hockley Road.
It's surrounded by nature and backs onto the Nottawasaga River.
There are 10 rooms there, including a two-storey manager's suite and a cottage.
Currently, the property isn't operational but whoever snatches up this piece of Canadian TV history could transform it into a fully functioning motel.
Maybe the new owner will be a Schitt's Creek fan and actually turn it into the Rosebud Motel.
If a fan wants to get close to the filming location but can't afford this $2 million price tag, there are houses nearby that could go on the market.
One that's right beside the Hockley Motel was for sale back in October.
